Nezih Hasanoglu Jr. is the president of BrokerPRO, LLC, responsible for its overall direction, relationships, strategy, long-term plan, and performance. Nezih earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wisconsin School of Business at University of Wisconsin-Madison. His career spans more than 20 years at a top independent insurance broker.
Erik Vandermause is the executive vice president of BrokerPRO, LLC, responsible for the overall direction, strategy, and performance of data, analytics, digital, and customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities. Erik earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from St. Norbert College and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Prior to BrokerPRO, Erik gained insurance product management, technology, and leadership experience at Accenture, TruStage and a top independent insurance broker.
Paul Krause is the vice president of BrokerPRO, LLC, overseeing subscriber data ingestion, modeling, and data product development. He leads the creation of data infrastructure to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility, while delivering analytics solutions that empower clients to predict trends, manage risk, and drive strategic decisions. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Upper Iowa University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium. Prior to BrokerPRO, Paul gained analytical, leadership, and insurance knowledge at Church Mutual Insurance and a top independent insurance broker.
Lillie Nguyen is a subscriber success specialist at BrokerPRO LLC, responsible for streamlining the subscriber onboarding process, process improvement, and subscriber satisfaction. Lillie’s approach combines technical knowledge with excellent communication skills, allowing her to guide new subscribers through the process with ease. She is adept at developing and implementing efficient onboarding strategies, creating comprehensive welcome packages and training materials, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
Alex Zuehlke is a Cybersecurity Engineer at BrokerPRO LLC, responsible for implementing and maintaining security frameworks and technical controls. He holds a number of professional certifications including Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), Certified in Governance Risk and Compliance (CGRC), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and Security+. Leveraging his robust background in cybersecurity, Alex ensures compliance with industry standards and safeguards digital assets, helping BrokerPRO LLC maintain a secure and resilient infrastructure.
